Terms and Conditions

Our Terms and Conditions section is like a contract between you and Trashman Roll. You agree to make any necessary information available to your Trashman Roll, and you must follow the rules set by Trashman Roll.

By renting a Dumpster from Trashman Roll you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• After rental is scheduled and payment is received you can not Withdraw and cancel services.
• You must agree to disposal fees.
• You verify that no hazardous or unaccepted materials are thrown into dumpsters.
• You agree to pay fees or fines for any Hazardous or unaccepted material you dump.
• Trashman Roll Will not be held responsible for any material dump into or Roll Off Dumpsters.
